Dalimit Global operates a B2B recruitment partner platform. This policy explains how we collect and process personal data of partner representatives and the candidates they submit.
2. Data we collect
Partner and representative details (name, contact, company and licence information), candidate personal data submitted by partners (identity, passport, contact, professional history), uploaded documents, and platform usage/audit records.
3. How we use data
To verify partners, manage recruitment applications, coordinate with employers and relevant authorities, communicate updates, and maintain security and audit logs.
4. Legal basis & GDPR
Where we process EU-related personal data, we rely on legitimate interests, contract performance, and consent as appropriate. Candidates have rights to access, rectification, erasure and objection. Because the platform may process EU personal data, GDPR requirements are incorporated into our architecture and should be reviewed with legal counsel.
5. Data security
Documents are stored in access-controlled storage; access is limited to the owning partner and authorised Dalimit staff. We never request passwords or card details by email.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
